“Clean room. Breakfast was just okay. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sasuage, bananas, cereal and yogurt cups and mini muffins. They also had bread for toast, but no bagles. Parking is limited, but we were able to find a spot without a problem. I guess they also allow for cruise parking as well, if you stay there. Staff was friendly and the front desk was able to get us a few extra pillows as the ones on the beds were extremely thin/flat. Overall, a decent stay. I would stay there again in a pinch, but...

“The staff was rude the moment I walked into the door. It’s not at all what the pictures look like!!! It was unsanitary. The hotel smelled like there was some sort of sewage leak. There was an obscene amount of Mold. Don’t recommend ”

“Hotel fridge did not work so moat of my food for the weekend that i brought went bad ants all over the counter in the bathroom no water pressure when taking a shower most the lights just flickered places was kinda a mess.”

“I booked a surprise trip for my partners birthday from April16th-April20th. I booked a specific suite. I had been in communication with the staff/property well in advance letting them know how important this trip was. When we arrived we were placed in a room that I did not book. I immediately went back to the lobby and informed staff that there was a mistake and we were in wrong room. Staff reported they would reach out to manager but in the meantime there was not anything they could do…fast...

“Siamo stati sfortunati in quanto nella stanza accanto c'era una coppia che continuava a parlare fino alle 3 di notte (insonorizzazione inesistente). Abbiamo chiamato 2 volte la reception chiedendoli di avvisare gli ospiti di stare in silenzio.Alla fune abbiamo dormito poco e niente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non posso dire niente perché NON L'HANNO SERVITA! Neanche il caffè! Hanno semplicemente deciso di non farla quel giorno (nonostante fosse inclusa).”
